Banana Lassi

These are great if you're fed up with cereal and want
to avoid a greasy fry-up. Also good to accompany spicy main courses.
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 small bananas or 1 large one
- 200 ml yoghurt
(serves 1)
Prepared in under 5 minutes.
Instructions:
If you have a blender, just blend together; otherwise
use a fork to mash the banana and then stir yoghurt in.
