Pesto Sauce
This was taken from Judith Horth's
mushroom lasagne recipe but is used in many recipes on this web site.
Ingredients:
- 1oz pine kernels
- 1 clove garlic
- 1oz fresh basil leaves
- 2tbsps good olive oil
Instructions
- Put pine kernels, basil leaves, garlic, olive oil and parmesan into a processor and blitz into a slightly lumpy, sloppy paste.
- Store for later use.
