Tuna and Chickpea Salad

There was a time when certain people wouldn't allow me to cook anything with tuna in it, even if they weren't there and didn't have to eat it. They kept complaining that 'someone had been eating Bear's cat food.' I felt very suppressed so, to everyone who loves tuna, go wild with this one, also from George.
