I forgot to drain the fruit and ended up with something resembling white punch with things floating in it. Almost drinkable - didn't look nice at all. So kind of strained it and retrieved the mess and served it up with a flourish as though I'd meant it to look like this. They ate it anyway.
Ingredients
- 1 can crushed pineapple drained
- 1 can mandarin segments drained
- 1 packet soft marshmallows pink and white
- 1 carton sour cream
Instructions
- After draining the liquid from the cans place the fruit in a pretty bowl. Add the marshmallows and then fold in the sour cream.
- Leave in refrigerator for about 1 hour until it sets.
