- 1 med. banana - mashed
- 2 crumpets
- Honey
Instructions
- Toast crumpets.
- Spread with honey.
- Apply mashed banana.
- Feel smug that you are eating something much more interesting than cereal that is perfect for a calorie-controlled diet.
