Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 slices bread
Instructions
- Break egg into a cup and add milk.
- Beat them (i.e. mix thoroughly with a fork) until you get an even consistency.
- Pour this mix onto a dinner plate.
- Put a little oil in a frying pan and heat.
- Soak the bread in the mix one slice at a time. Soak both sides in the mix.
- Fry on both sides till they are both yellow-brown.
