Ingredients:
- 20 - 30 cocktail sausages
- 2 packets of bacon
- 20 - 30 stoned prunes (1 per sausage)
- Cocktail sticks (to hold together)
Assemble as follows:
Cut bacon into wrappable size. (generally two portions per slice)Wrap sausage and prune tightly together using bacon. Hold together with cocktail stick.
Heat oil in frypan and gently cook, turning regularly. The key to cooking sausages well is not to go too high. Takes about 5 - 6 minutes on a low to medium heat.
