Ingredients:
- 2 packets of haloumi cheese, sliced into pieces about 7 mls in thickness.
- Flour to coat slices.
- Oil to fry.
Instructions
Heat oil. When pan is moderately hot, add cheese slices (dipped in flour).Cook until golden on one side (takes about 2 minutes), then turn and cook the other side.
Drain on absorbent paper then serve whilst hot.
