"This is a Portuguese recipe used by my mom and now I use it whenever I'm in a hurry for something to accompany a main meal like pork chops or chicken." Ingredients
- Six or seven potatoes peeled and cut into quarters
- Dried oregano
- Olive oil
- Salt and papper to taste
Instructions
- Cook potatoes in boiling water
- When cooked drain well and allow to cool for at least 10 minutes
- Drizzle olive oil and mix well
- Sprinkle with dried oregano and mix well
- Add salt and papper to taste
